Global will probably be the epitome of my high school experience, and I’m okay with that.

Why did you choose to do Global?
The knowledge that my father, Mr. Babcock was teaching the politics portion of Global greatly influence me to “do Global”
How has Global changed you?
Global has made me more confident in my ability to connect with a large variety of people despite differences in personality. Global has also changed the way I look at education because coming to school is not a burden but time well spent learning about the world, challenging myself and hanging out with my friends.
Favourite memory?
After Liv’s birthday party the majority of Global carpooled to Meredith’s house for a giant sleepover. My favourite Global memory took place the next morning. We made pancakes and danced together as we listened to The Beatles and drank coffee.
What would you tell future Global students?
Do not procrastinate or else Global will kill you! If you plan your time accordingly and stick to it, you will still be really stressed but you will be a little less miserable. Also, do not be afraid to put yourself out there and take full advantage of the opportunity you’ve been given to make 27 new best friends.
Favourite Global Quote
“Can I trust your dad to satisfy me?” Izzy to Esther, subject: shave soap
Goals After Global
I aspire to balance my social life and education as well as I have in Global. I want to do an undergraduate in political science based program and then specify into a field that I am most interested in. This could be law or politics so I can make some sort of positive change throughout my life.
